Daily Progress Report Template
Free printable daily progress report for script supervisors. Pages scheduled vs completed, setups, estimated screen time and causes of loss — US Letter PDF, no signup.
This is the script supervisor's end-of-day arithmetic: what was scheduled, what actually got shot, how many setups it took and roughly how much screen time is now in the can. It goes to production alongside the DPR and it's the number the schedule gets re-cut from.
Estimated screen time is the column people underrate. Page count tells you how much script you covered; screen time tells you what the film is actually going to run — and those two drift apart fast on a dialogue-heavy day. The loss notes at the bottom are what make tomorrow's plan realistic instead of hopeful.
