Which track is which character. That's it, and it matters enormously — an eight-track recording with no track sheet is a puzzle for whoever opens it in post, and they will guess wrong.
Log the RF frequency next to each radio mic. When you get a hit and have to move somebody to a different block mid-scene, that reassignment goes in the notes with the take it happened on, so nobody in post spends an afternoon wondering why one character's track changes character halfway through the day.
