Free printable wardrobe continuity sheet. Log looks, garments and accessories, distress level and continuity resets per character — US Letter PDF, no signup.
Look numbers and distress levels. Those two columns carry most of the work here — a character can wear the same jacket across nine scenes and it is not the same jacket if it picked up blood in scene 40, and out-of-order shooting means you'll be asked to match a state from a week ago.
Photograph every look and label the distress level rather than describing it; "dirt 2 of 3" is repeatable, "quite muddy" isn't. Quick changes belong in the notes with their timing, because they're the moments where continuity most often quietly goes wrong.
