Hair and makeup continuity moves faster than any other department's, because it changes during the scene as well as between them. Sweat builds, blood dries, a prosthetic edge lifts under the lights — and every one of those states has to be matchable tomorrow.
Reference photos per setup, not per scene. That's the discipline this sheet is built around, along with sharing them with the script supervisor so there's a second copy of the truth. Prosthetics need their own line: blend, edge and the removal and reset procedure, because putting the appliance back the same way is a different job from applying it the first time.
