Props continuity is mostly about state: how full the glass was, whether the letter was open, which of the four identical watches is the one with the cracked face. This sheet tracks the hero props scene by scene, along with the version in play and where everything resets to between takes.
The consumables line is the one that catches people out. Food, cigarettes, drinks and anything that burns down or gets eaten need a plan and a backup, and the reset position needs marking on the set map rather than remembered. Photo references beat written notes for anything you'll have to rebuild days later.
