Two backup columns, and neither gets ticked until it's actually verified. That's the whole discipline of this sheet — a card is not clear to reformat because it feels copied, it's clear when the checksum passed and both destinations are confirmed.
The chain of custody is what you're recording: which card, off which camera, covering which rolls, offloaded when and by whom. If a day of rushes goes missing, this log is the first thing anyone asks for. Note the mismatches too — a checksum that failed and was re-run is exactly the kind of thing worth having in writing.
What's on this sheet
